As a Global Account Manager specializing in Audience Insights, you will play a pivotal role in fostering, expanding, and fortifying client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing international clients, including media agencies, publishers, and digital and television networks.
- Identify and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure customer retention through proactive client engagement and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the formulation of research proposals, actively collaborating with the team to develop innovative solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Analyze, interpret, and present research findings comprehensively, delivering clear and insightful reports to clients.
- Drive lead generation efforts and convert leads into tangible business opportunities.
- Employ strategic positioning and effective marketing communication strategies to distinguish the organization in competitive scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational attainment.
- Experience indicative of readiness for a mid-level role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong analytical and conceptual aptitude.
