As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role within our team, overseeing day-to-day operations in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Physical Assets (FA) for our clients entity.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cash management analysis and reconciliation.
Process transactions related to AP/AR/GL/FA.
Prepare batch payments for Accounts Payable.
Manage Intercompany Netting.
Perform general ledger analysis and reconciliations.
Generate management reports, including statistics reporting.
Support internal and external audits and assist in the preparation of the annual report.
Address accounting-related queries from internal and external customers.
Ensure accurate and reliable financial data during the closing and asset inspection cycle.
Coordinate packaging tax reporting.
Handle ad hoc requests from HQ and management.

What we are looking for:
As an Accounting Assistant, you should possess the following knowledge and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Tax/Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
Fluent in both written and verbal English.
Advantageous to have experience with ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Service-minded with the ability to analyze and interpret information.
Excellent communication skills.
Accurate, reliable, and professional.
Positive can-do mentality with no nine-to-five mindset.
