What are you going to do?
In a regular working week you spend about 70% of your time on very practical matters such as writing vacancy texts, sourcing professionals, approaching professionals from our own network via Linkedin/other social networks and introducing professionals to our clients. In your role you are also busy with less practical matters such as professionalizing our Recruitment process. Think of optimizing vacancy texts, making changes to the working method for the benefit of the Candidate Experience.
The other 30% of your time you are talking to professionals. These are both telephone conversations and job interviews at our office for the vacancies for our customers. You recruit professionals for both recruitment and selection and secondment assignments.
