Personal Assistant (Korean)

About this vacancy

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our clients management team and contribute to a dynamic work environment for at least 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and organizing travel plans for senior management.
Communication: Act as a key point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Project Assistance: Support special projects (eg, HR or management-related), ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics to ensure smooth travel for management.
Expense Management: Handle expense reports, budgeting, and financial tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Office Management: Assist with office management duties, including welcoming visitors.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced work environment.
Language Skills: Proficient in professional English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Availability: Able to work at least 24 hours per week.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
