Technical Support Engineer Heating Technology

What are you going to do?
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for supporting installers and service partners with technical questions or malfunctions. You speak to them by phone or email and ensure that they can continue quickly and professionally. Thanks to your technical insight and customer-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to customer satisfaction.
Your tasks:

Provide technical support to installers and service engineers, both by telephone and by email

Selecting and ordering spare parts and preparing quotations
-
Coordinate with the warehouse regarding availability of parts
-
Act as a link between customers and field staff
-
Analyze common faults and report to the team
-
Suggest improvements to internal systems and service information
What are you bringing?
You have a technical background and experience in climate technology. In addition, you are able to switch well between technology and customer contact.
Job requirements:

MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or installation technology

Practical experience with HVAC systems and heat pumps
-
Experience as a service technician or similar technical position

Knowledge of refrigeration or air conditioning technology is an advantage
