Technical Specialist Climate Technology (Internal Service)

What are you going to do?

As a Technical Specialist in Climate Technology, you're the first point of contact for installers and technical partners. Thanks to your expertise in climate control systems, heat pumps, and HVAC solutions, you can quickly get to the heart of a problem. You'll contribute ideas, provide advice, and ensure that malfunctions are resolved efficiently and the necessary parts are delivered on time.

Your tasks in brief:

• Provide technical support by telephone and email for questions or malfunctions

• Selecting and ordering spare parts

• Coordinating with the warehouse regarding inventory and logistics

• Act as a connecting link between field service and customers

• Identify recurring faults and report them to internal stakeholders

• Contribute to the optimization of tools and systems, such as the internal service app

What are you bringing?

We're looking for someone with a technical background and the ability to communicate knowledge clearly. You know how things work in the field, understand the installer's practicalities, and are a solution-oriented thinker.

Job requirements:

• Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or installation technology (or comparable level through experience)

• Experience with HVAC technology and heat pumps (preferably also with AWHP systems)

• Experience as a service engineer or in a similar technical role

Personal qualities:

• Analytically strong and communicative

• Flexible, accurate and solution-oriented
