We're looking for a curious and solution-oriented professional with an affinity for neuromarketing and experience with topics like Category Entry Points. You'll work on challenging research projects, always exploring the underlying question. You'll formulate clear research questions and present your insights convincingly. You're a solution-oriented thinker who sees opportunities to help brands move forward.
Your role
In this role, you'll be responsible for your projects and lead a team. You'll seamlessly connect with clients and position yourself as a strong business and sparring partner. With your experience, you'll manage research projects from start to finish and, together with your team, generate valuable insights. As a senior consultant, you'll seamlessly transition between content, coaching, and strategy. You'll elevate the quality of research and insights.
What are you going to do?

Building and strengthening customer relationships

Final responsibility for reporting and presentations

Translating complex customer questions into sound research designs

Being the point of contact for clients regarding content

Leading and coaching your team

Providing strategic advice and identifying opportunities for management
Who are you?
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an office or client environment
-
Initiative and focused on achieving goals
-
Strong business partner for customers
-
Preferably an academic background in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or a similar field

Innovative, pragmatic and solution-oriented
-
Passion for communication research

Experienced leader who knows how to motivate and coach teams

Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
