What are you going to do
You write distinctive research proposals, sharp reports and guide teammates in conducting face-to-face qualitative research. Your reporting and presentation offers insight, inspiration and impact within organizations; you help the customer to give direction to their strategy. Our work does not end with the reporting: in an IdeaSprint workshop you activate customers to get started with the insights. We ask quite a bit of course, but you don't have to be an 'all time pro' at everything. We have a lot of knowledge in house and our own Academy to help you further!
Who you are
You are an experienced qualitative researcher with at least 4 years of relevant work experience (preferably) on the agency side. You know how to convey your vision and experience to team members and customers. You are analytical and creative in coming up with solutions and dare to think 'out of the box' about customer questions. Not unimportant... You are also very yourself. Maybe you have some crazy hobbies, are you a sports fanatic or do you like a good party? Or all of them 😉
The team
You become part of 1 of our teams. This team consists of passionate colleagues. They work on various surveys every day, such as customer journey surveys, communication surveys and satisfaction surveys. We work with interesting and challenging target groups. The clients these teams work for include Bol.com, HEMA, Albert Heijn, but also Greenpeace, DPG Media and the Kidney Foundation. Ok, enough name dropping but we are proud of it :-
