As a Senior Research Consultant employee listening, you conduct daily research into topics such as employee experience, employee engagement, pulse measurements and hybrid working. You are involved in these investigations from A to Z. For example, you help write distinctive research proposals, supervise fieldwork and deliver reports and insights. During this entire process you keep close contact with your customer. With this you provide insight, inspiration and impact and you help the customer to give direction to their HR strategy! You are also responsible for sales and marketing activities and the supervision of juniors and intermediates.

You are analytically strong, structured and flexible. Also important: you are genuinely curious about what motivates employees. You don't shy away from things you've never done before and are focused on making projects run smoothly. You enjoy the variety of different projects and your flexible and proactive attitude makes it a pleasure to work with you. You also easily make contact with colleagues and customers and you enjoy working together to achieve the best result.
What we'd like to see
- At least 5 years of experience with HR projects and/or research.
- Skilled in creating questionnaires and analyzing + reporting the research results.
- Analytically strong.
- Strong in customer contact.
- A completed HBO/WO education with a research and/or HR component.
