Senior Researcher and Advisor Public Sector
As our new senior researcher you have experience with quantitative research projects and you get energy from relationship management. For example, you advise on the sustainability challenges of municipalities and how people can become more central in policy development. You do this with the use of both existing and innovative research instruments.
You do this as a senior researcher
You have experience and affinity with developments and research issues in the public sector. You design, direct and carry out research projects and coach our (junior) researchers. In addition, you are able to convert research results into relevant insights with which we advise our clients on the course to follow.
You are inquisitive and enterprising. You enjoy establishing, maintaining and expanding customer relationships. In addition to supervising ongoing research, your task is to acquire new projects from clients.
This job is for you if
- You have a passion for social issues and motives.
- You are not afraid to approach potential clients and independently carry out (research) projects.
- You have a completed HBO or WO education. For example, in social sciences, psychology, sociology, social geography, communication sciences or economics.
- You have gained work experience in a research or consultancy position. You want to use this knowledge in a business environment for clients in the public sector.
- You have demonstrable quantitative research skills
