Vacancy: Senior Qualitative Market Researcher

Are you an experienced market researcher with a passion for qualitative research and a strong personality? Are you curious by nature, analytical and creative, and do you thrive in a collaborative environment? Do you dare to take initiatives? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our team of qualitative market researchers.

As a Senior Market Researcher you are responsible for in-depth insight into consumer attitudes and behavior. You are skilled in various research methods, such as face-to-face interviews, group discussions, online communities and workshops. With your experience you make a valuable contribution to the success of our customers, both at a tactical and strategic level.
You are involved in the entire research process, from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:
• Act as a point of contact for both large multinational customers and local customers.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Thinking about and writing research proposals.
• Developing discussion guides and activity plans.
• Supervising and conducting group discussions and interviews (both online and offline).
• Analyzing, reporting and presenting research results.
• Monitoring the project planning and project budget.
• Coaching (junior) market researchers in the implementation of projects.
• Active role in our innovation processes and marketing and communication activities.

Job requirements
• HBO/WO working and thinking level.
• You are ready for the next step in your career, namely a senior role.
• A decisive conversation partner who can write and speak in both Dutch and English.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Be open to coaching, guiding and managing junior market researchers.
• In possession of a valid driver's license.
