Sales Performance Analyst & Contract Management

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the sales program, ensuring correct, timely and complete administration of all sales activities to enable correct analysis and reporting to promote sales growth.

Main tasks:

• Coordinating the contract management process (annual contracts and selective distribution agreements);
• Assisting with legal assessments of contracts;
• Register and monitor annual sales program agreements in the system;
• Prepare sales data by customer or channel and share monthly/quarterly updates with customers;
• Administer and monitor annual & quarterly bonuses for clients;
• Follow up on sales program and bonus contract issues with the sales teams and customers;
• Supporting the management and control of the Sales Program Management System (SPMS) process;
• Prepare sales program overviews and related reports;
• Administer and archive customer claims relating to sales programs;
• Checking sales program requests before payment;
• Ensure the completeness of the sales programs delivered by the sales team;
• Registering sales programs in the system;
• Ensure correct cost allocation;
• Coordinate with accounts payable/receivable departments regarding claims and payments;
• Continually evaluate sales processes to simplify, reduce or eliminate unnecessary steps;
• Upload monthly and ad-hoc prices & recommended retail prices (RRP) for all business units in the system;
• Prepare and verify inventory compensation claims.

What are we looking for?

The ideal financial analyst has the following knowledge and experience:

• HBO level of education Business Administration or Economics;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (administration & contract management), preferably within a multinational;
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken (French is a plus);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Experience with ERP systems.
