We are looking for a creative and experienced qualitative researcher who can work both independently and in a team. Someone who is analytical and commercial, who easily discovers the common thread in complex research and who is not satisfied with superficiality.

As a research and insights professional, you use your experience, expertise and interest to steer various research and consultancy projects in the right direction. You spend a large part of your time on clients and projects.

Research & Insights Consultant – Qualitative (senior)

 

In this function:

  • Translate your vision on customer questions into a suitable research and advice proposal for existing and new customers.
  • You ensure an optimal relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Do you regularly work on multiple projects at the same time and participate in qualitative research processes: from formulating the conversation guideline or activity guide, conducting group discussions, in-depth interviews or online communities and analyzing and reporting the research results.
  • Make your advice for the customers based on research results
  • Organize and supervise workshops (together with colleagues).

 

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in qualitative market research.
  • A completed, relevant education at an academic level, for example (social) psychology, sociology, communication science, business administration or marketing.
  • Being able to conduct and analyze research independently;
  • Curiosity about the people behind the numbers and the story behind people's perceptions, attitudes and behaviour.
  • Being able to clearly formulate and present insights and advice to the client;
  • You are driven and have a flexible attitude. As a qualitative researcher, you know that fieldwork is part of the job every now and then on weekday evenings.
