At the moment they are doing many insights projects, these are in-depth, exploratory studies that form the basis of proposition or communication development. Your day as a Medior Researcher Qualitative

  • As a Qualitative Medior Researcher, you advise clients on their research questions and translate them into clear proposals.
  • You write reports and advice, translating the research results – both orally and in writing – into clear recommendations and concrete advice.
  • You monitor the quality and progress of projects and conduct group discussions and in-depth interviews.
  • You also supervise (feedback, input, advice) your (junior) research executives in carrying out regular assignments such as fieldwork and writing discussion guides and reports. Finally, maintaining and developing customer relationships is part of this role.

We expect from a Medior Researcher Qualitative:

– At least 2 years of experience in qualitative research.
– You have a relevant university degree, for example psychology, communication or marketing.
- You have commercial and customer insight.
– You can think analytically and conceptually well.
– You are a thorough interviewer/discussion leader, you get to the bottom of things.
– You have a creative and inventive mind.
– You are open-minded with a genuine interest in human motivations.
- You are result-oriented and stress-resistant, self-aware and autonomous.
