As a Customer Experience Research Consultant, you play a crucial role in identifying trends, analyzing data and providing strategic advice to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative market research to understand customer behavior and experiences.
  • Analyzing data and identifying trends and insights that add value to our customers.
  • Develop research methodologies and strategies to identify customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create reports and presentations that deliver understandable insights to the customer.
  • Stay informed of the latest developments in customer experience and market research.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, statistics or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience with market research and knowledge of methods such as surveys, interviews and focus groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
