As a Customer Experience Market Researcher you play a crucial role in conducting research, analyzing data and providing strategic advice to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to understand customer behavior and experiences.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  • Developing standardized research methods and instruments.
  • Preparing clear reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage research budgets and project plans.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, statistics or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience with market research, preferably focused on customer experience.
  • Knowledge of research methods such as surveys, interviews and focus groups.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
