As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you are responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns within a dynamic retail environment. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you will work on large-scale campaigns that appeal to a broad target group, using data analysis and customer insights. You are skilled in creating omnichannel strategies, seamlessly combining online and offline channels for maximum impact.
What you will do:
• Analyze market and customer data to gain deep insights for targeted marketing actions.
• Design and implement both online and offline campaign plans that align with brand strategy and corporate objectives.
• Optimizing the media channel mix (including digital platforms, print, POS, social media and CRM) to tell a consistent brand story.
• Coordinating the execution of campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, such as creative partners and media agencies.
• Develop and monitor a marketing calendar to coordinate activities and continuously evaluate results.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient deployment of resources to maximize campaign returns.

Who you are:
• You have completed a higher professional or university education in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the retail or FMCG sector.
• Experience in developing and executing omnichannel campaigns, both online and offline.
• You are a strong communicator who is able to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You have a hands-on mentality and know how to manage projects from start to finish, while remaining flexible in a dynamic work environment.
• Your analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketing activities.
