We are looking for a decisive and experienced professional to strengthen our team as Managing Director of the Employee Experience department at one of our clients, a renowned market research agency. In this hands-on role, you will not only be responsible for shaping a positive work environment, but also for conducting research and bringing on new clients to drive the agency's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage the Employee Experience department, lead a team of professionals and stimulate a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, retain existing relationships and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
- Hands-on Research: Conduct market research, analyze data and deliver valuable insights for both internal improvements and customer projects.
- Employee Experience Programs: Create and manage programs focused on talent development, training, diversity and inclusion, wellness and team building.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Implement continuous feedback and evaluation systems to continuously improve both Employee Experience and commercial initiatives.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in leadership roles in the areas of HR, Employee Experience and hands-on market research.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with customers.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to find creative solutions for both Employee Experience and commercial challenges.
