As a Data Analyst, you are the link that ensures that our abundant CRM and loyalty data is accessible and understandable to all colleagues. Your role is crucial in creating overview, categorization and translating this data into usable information. For example, you build insights that make our members feel heard and valued. You are also responsible for developing dashboards that provide colleagues with exactly the right information, enabling them to do their work a little better every day. What will you do as a Data Analyst - Customer Insights?

To change gear:

You provide concrete research questions and provide clear input for research plans, so that our Data and IT colleagues can provide the correct data. You answer questions such as: How do our customers rate the touchpoints of our loyalty program? What are relevant characteristics for personalized offers? What properties should an algorithm have to predict when and how a customer can be reactivated? You know how to answer these questions thanks to the right data.

Initiate movement:

Under your supervision, the organization accelerates in the field of data, so that everyone is always aware of the latest developments. This gives your analyzes an even greater impact.

To collaborate:

You have daily contact with your six direct colleagues, but also with departments such as Store Operations, Trading, Data and DevOps. Together you optimize the dashboards, create insights from existing data and set up new analyses. In addition, you think along about the requirements of the data infrastructure in order to generate the right insights.

To develop:

Together with your team, you have the freedom and responsibility to further expand our loyalty program, which already has more than 5 million members, and to ensure the importance of first-party data within our organization. You have a clear goal in mind and you know what needs to be done!

This is you

  • You have an HBO or WO diploma in data science, business economics, information science, marketing analytics or a comparable study.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a position where translating data into (commercial) insights was central. If you have experience using dashboards and analytics, that's a plus.
  • You are a real go-getter and are eager to tackle different projects.
  • You always keep an overview, even in complex data sets, and know how to ask the right questions.
  • With your experience you know how to provide the Loyalty Team and the Data and IT department with advice that results in guaranteed success.
