The activities are:

· Contact customers & collect payments for outstanding overdue invoices

· Send invoices & credit notes to customers on a daily basis

· Book daily incoming payments

· Review & process the price difference & price protection requests

Investigate reason of deducted (supplier) invoice amount (Cellback)

· Analyze the difference between our credit note amount and the chargeback amount

· Contact the customer to discuss and resolve any discrepancies

· Backup for incoming invoice registration & delegation to responsible departments

· Backup for tm claim invoice processing

· Backup for various Credit Management activities required by the AR &Credit Manager

What are we looking for?

· MBO/HBO working level;

· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;

· Good command of Dutch and English, orally and in writing;

· Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle;

Experience in problem solving with discretion and patience;

· Commercial;

· Positive attitude;

· Strong communication skills;

· Negotiation skills;

· Planning & organizing
