Qualitative Researcher 

In this role, you will work on fascinating research projects from start to finish, where no day is the same. Think of projects in which you investigate consumer experiences or test new ideas for advertising campaigns. You are not only an important link in conducting research, but also in translating findings into concrete recommendations that customers can use immediately. What are you going to do?

• Coordinating a variety of research projects, such as testing new concepts, evaluating campaigns and exploring consumer journeys.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to sharpen the research approach.
• Developing interview guidelines and tools for qualitative research.
• Conducting interviews and moderating group discussions, both physically and online.
• Analyzing results and writing clear and concise reports.
• Presenting research results and providing useful advice.
• Supporting workshops and developing innovative research methods.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a smooth pen and can translate complex insights into understandable stories.
• You have an affinity with different sectors and you are curious about social trends.
• You have a relevant academic background, such as in psychology, sociology, communication sciences or marketing.
• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in qualitative research or a similar field.
• You are flexible and willing to sometimes guide interviews or group discussions in the evenings.
