Business Lead Brand & Campaign
In this role you will lead a team of 9 dedicated colleagues and you will be responsible for further developing our Brand & Campaign product portfolio, one of our client's core pillars. You strive to apply the latest methodologies and techniques, so that our clients can count on the most valuable insights to optimize their brand performance.
As a business lead you fulfill a facilitating, guiding and coaching role. Of course you are ultimately responsible for achieving the team objectives. Business leads are part of our client's management team
Collaboration is central; you work closely not only with your team, but also with managers of other teams. You use a short-cycle approach to setting, evaluating and adjusting goals. As a Business Lead you bring out the best in others, you are determined and you embrace innovation.
Your day starts with checking the team dashboard and sharing successes during the daily meeting. You then work on strategies, prepare pitches and have conversations with customers. You coach your team, read reports and stay focused on improvement.
Experience
You have at least 7 years of experience in brand research, of which 5 years on the agency side. You are always up to date with the latest theories in the field of brand thinking, consumer behavior, marketing and communication. You have a commercial focus and are driven to achieve objectives. You have experience in leading a team and inspiring colleagues and customers.
