About the project
Stätter Recruitment aims to take its recruitment process to the next level by implementing advanced AI technology for categorizing, matching, searching, and approaching candidates. This project will be built on the n8n automation platform.
We are looking for a experienced AI developer or AI consultant (individually or through an agency) with proven experience in n8n workflow development, who can design, develop and implement this end-to-end project.
Scope & Objectives

AI-Driven Candidate Categorization

Automatic categorization of candidates in the database based on skills, experience, education, location and other relevant characteristics.

AI Matching Engine

Develop or integrate an AI tool to compare candidates with vacancies.

Analysis of hard criteria (experience, location, language, education) and soft criteria (soft skills, culture fit).

Ranking and scoring function for drawing up shortlists.

Automatic Profile Updates

AI profile enrichment based on LinkedIn, CV updates or public data.

Set alerts for profile changes or new relevant candidates.

AI-Guided Online Search

Integration with external sources such as LinkedIn and AI scrapers.

Search optimization based on historical placement data.

Who are we looking for?

Experience with n8n and building complex, scalable workflows.

Experience with AI/ML development and integration into business processes.

Experience with recruitment technology or HR data is a plus.

Proficiency in working with databases, APIs, AI models (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).

Knowledge of web scraping and LinkedIn integrations.

Strong analytical skills and focus on user-friendly solutions.
