Job description:

As an Account Manager you are responsible for the relationships in your own area. You understand the dynamics in the project market of the various stakeholders and enjoy creating synergy. As an advisor, you ensure that you relieve the customer of worries and provide solutions that help the customers further. You also ensure that tasks are handled properly and you streamline administrative processes.

  • You are responsible for the growth and maintenance of loyal relationships in your area.
  • You proactively look for opportunities within your own area and share successes with colleagues.
  • You visit the indirect market and keep them informed of the latest developments in our range.
  • In your region you will be responsible for organizing technical & commercial product presentations to promote our solutions.
  • You work closely with the entire Air Solution team, which in turn also supports you.
  • You convert opportunities into concrete business concepts.
  • You attend relevant networking events and participate in trade fairs, expanding your network.
  • You are aware of developments such as legislation & regulations, subsidies within our field.

What are we looking for?

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in the field of HVAC.
  • You are technical and have experience in the field of HVAC in general and an affinity with heat pump & air conditioning.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, supplemented with a healthy dose of communication skills.
  • You are motivated, results-oriented and a real team player!
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (word and writing)
