Your role
As a Senior Research Consultant, you'll be a strategic sparring partner for clients and colleagues. You'll independently lead qualitative research projects from start to finish, provide advice based on complex data, and translate results into concrete, actionable insights. You'll mentor and coach colleagues within the team and contribute to the development of innovative methods and research solutions.
What are you going to do?

Designing and conducting qualitative research, including research design, questionnaires, fieldwork and reporting.

Leading multiple research projects simultaneously, with responsibility for planning, quality, and customer relations.

Translating research data into clear strategic advice and recommendations.

Presenting results to clients and internal stakeholders.

Coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues within the team.

Contribute to innovation and improvement of research methods.
What are you bringing?

WO or HBO+ work and thinking level in, for example, social sciences, psychology, communication, marketing or business administration.

At least 5 years of experience in qualitative research; consultancy experience is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.

Experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Dutch and English.

Proactive, results-oriented, a real team player and able to coach and inspire colleagues.

Available at least 32 hours per week.
