Vacancy: Commercial Activities Team Leader

As Team Leader of Commercial Activities, you will be responsible for commercial growth and leading the sales and account management team. You will ensure new clients are acquired and existing relationships are strengthened. You combine strategic insight with operational execution and are a coaching leader who gets the best out of the team.

What are you going to do?

• Managing and coaching the commercial team (Client Consultants and sales professionals).

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve customer base growth.

• Generating new business and identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities.

• Ensure effective collaboration between the commercial team and other departments.

• Monitor the quality and success of customer projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Thinking about and contributing to innovation within commercial processes and customer approaches.

• Reporting to management on commercial performance and team results.

Who are you?

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in an agency or client environment, preferably in market research, media, radio or TV.

• Demonstrable experience in leading commercial teams and achieving growth results.

• Commercially driven, strategic thinker and hands-on leader.

• Strong coaching skills to develop talent and motivate the team.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written.

• Innovative and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
