Job description
As an Accounts Receivable Administration Employee, you are responsible for managing and monitoring the accounts receivable portfolio. You ensure that outstanding invoices are paid on time and support the financial department in various administrative tasks. You are an important link in monitoring the company's cash flow.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Managing the accounts receivable portfolio.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and send payment reminders.
• Maintain telephone and written contact with debtors.
• Processing payments and ensuring correct administration.
• Resolving billing and payment disputes.
• Supporting the finance department with monthly closings and reporting.
• Identifying payment arrears and providing input on improvements to the accounts receivable process.
Who are we looking for?
• MBO/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in a financial direction.
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• You have good communication skills and can act convincingly towards debtors.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You work accurately, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel) is a plus.
