Consumer Insights Manager

We are looking for a dynamic specialist in consumer and marketplace insights. You will drive business results with market intelligence (Nielsen, IRI), deep consumer knowledge and end-to-end thinking. Your role is to challenge the status quo and promote growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with brand management to provide consumer and marketplace insights.
- Understand and explain business drivers, competitive challenges and growth opportunities.
- Build consumer empathy and understanding within the team and identify actionable learning needs.
- Represent the voice of the consumer and make decisions in their favor.
- Discover opportunities for impact and share research and insights.
Develop Brand Insights:
- Put consumers at the heart of everything we do and promote a “consumer-obsessed” culture.
- Communicate insights using diverse sources.
- Make insights meaningful to business strategy and connect different pieces of research.
Budget & Supplier Management:
- Manage projects within the approved budget and align on brand strategy and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with research providers and ensure their engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sociology or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing research with budget responsibility.
- Passion for consumers and marketing, and skills in data analysis (Nielsen, IRI).
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and develop short-term tactics that support long-term strategies.
- Curiosity and the desire to continue developing oneself in the field of research and new methodologies.
Salary indication:
Depending on experience, skills and location.
