As a Marketing Specialist, your job is to develop and implement an effective and efficient marketing plan, with the aim of increasing profitable sales of the household appliances product group. You support the manager in formulating the marketing strategy for these products and translate this strategy into concrete action plans, which you adjust on a monthly basis.

Marketing Specialist

Tasks:

•  Project management of marketing campaigns and activities, including providing agency briefings, preparing a planning and communications package, monitoring quality and managing the budget.
• Developing complete product packages (specifications, Unique Selling Points (USPs), Point of Sale materials, brochures).
• Organizing trade fairs and customer events/activities.
• Provide channel and market analyzes to the in-store specialist to develop an in-store activity plan.
• Analyze and evaluate promotional effectiveness to develop or adjust both category and individual marketing plans.
• Planning and executing the total introduction of new products.

What are we looking for?

Our future Marketing Specialist has:

• A HBO or university education in Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of Dutch & English, both orally and in writing.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Customer and results oriented.
• Team player.
