We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our clients CMI team. This role is part of the Global Marketing team to develop market insights program tailored made for the brands you will be working for, as well as work on larger insights program to ensure consumers are at the heart of any decision that our client is taking.
Reporting into the Vice President, based in Paris, you will get to work across different brands impacting their daily strategies as well as their innovation pipeline, as well as a breath of internal stakeholders and department you will have to collaborate with and make sure the CMI knowledge is embedded into the decision process.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Understanding the dynamics of our categories and the new targets to generate insights
Supporting the marketing teams and provide guidance in developing their strategy
Educating the global teams and accompanying changes within the Division
Tracking brands performances and market evolutions
Researching and identifying new opportunities such consumers trends, channels or brands development that can impact our business and our brands
Working closely with Marketing and Local teams to align insights plans and projects.
Managing brands CMI budgets
Developing 1 director report (Manager level)
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A strong command of CMI
5-7 years relevant experience
BA from accredited school, MBA Preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to defend opinions with data and substance
