Go-To-Market Strategy, Insights & Analytics demonstrates a measurable, material impact on business outcomes and informs how we elevate the consumer and professional experience with a deep understanding of our audience and customers. Our global, interdisciplinary team includes insight leaders, data scientists, and business analysts to power a data-driven GTM organization. In this role on the Consumer Insights team you will build and execute consumer and professional research programs to bring insights to the forefront of decision-making. You will accomplish this by scoping, executing, analyzing, and delivering primary research insights while overlaying secondary research and data from strategic partners and internal sources to drive key business decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement research projects to help launch and mature our products and services
• Scope, execute, analyze and deliver primary research while overlaying secondary research and data from strategic partners and internal sources to build a story and point of view
• Monitor and surface relevant market intelligence and secondary research trends that inform our roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional GTM teams, Brand, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and other insights and data teams.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in customer insights/market research, client or agency side (1+ years)
• Experience in conducting primary research, quantitative and qualitative approaches such as brand tracking, net promoter score (NPS), concept testing, and price elasticity (1+ years)

• An excellent writer, verbal communicator and presenter with refined interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for the details and a passion for identifying insights and telling stories with data
• Demonstrate critical thinking and a commercial and strategic mindset
• Empathetic and analytical, skilled at understanding and advocating for your ideas and the ideas of others
• Bias for action
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Experience as a program or project manager
• A strong understanding of consumer electronics and the technology industry
• Experience with analytical tools such as SPSS, SQL, Qualtrics, R/Python recommended, not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
