Consultants play a leading role in the delivery of consulting projects across our clients portfolio of digital measurement, research, and optimisation solutions. This role is dedicated to one of our most innovative clients. You will be embedded within the client’s real-time social marketing team, getting the chance to work directly with the client day-to-day to provide insights across all stages of their campaigns, from strategy to post-campaign analysis.
With intersecting experience across digital disciplines and data analysis techniques, you will autonomously extract insights from digital data, and translate these into actionable advice and strategies for a global brand.
Key responsibilities include:
❖ Proactively anticipating and carrying out research to meet client needs throughout their campaign roadmap.
❖ Working collaboratively with the client to identify needs, building relationships with stakeholders, and breaking new ground in insight delivery.
❖ Driving informed decision making through quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.
❖ Identifying and implementing innovative data sources and analytical methods, in line with the client’s evolving needs and challenges.
❖ Converting analyses into insightful deliverables for the client, with end to end responsibility for project delivery.
❖ Presenting deliverables to client stakeholders and facilitating the dissemination of insights across the team.
In this role, you’ll be the first for our client in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to get involved from the start in their journey to establish a new presence in Europe. Initially, the role will be based on site with one of their clients, but eventually they intend to open a dedicated office, building a team of consultants to service a growing list of clients headquartered in the Netherlands.
As part of your onboarding into the company, the initial part of your employment will be spent in their London office learning about our clients tools and techniques from their expert consultants.
❖ Proven experience in a client-facing role, with experience managing relationships with client stakeholders.
❖ Proven track record of driving innovation in research and value from insights.
❖ Strong research experience in quantitative and qualitative techniques.
❖ Strong communication and project management skills.
❖ Advanced Excel skills, with experience handling large data sets.
❖ Experience presenting data-driven outputs to clients, or internal stakeholders.
❖ Enthusiasm for learning, with a strong desire to broaden your knowledge across the digital landscape.
❖ Native/fluent proficiency in English.
❖ Hands on experience with digital data, ideally social listening and associated tools (Brandwatch, Sysomos etc.).
❖ Fluency in an additional language(s) considered an advantage, in particular Dutch, German, French and/or Japanese.
