Experience and qualification
The successful candidate demonstrates a track record of excellent judgment and decision-making skills in a young, growing result-oriented environment. The successful candidate is an energetic commercially talented team player with a clear vision, a continuous improvement philosophy, high sense for quality and the ability to analyse complex issues.
The ideal candidate has successfully managed the triple digit turnover growth of one or more companies in international business. Preferably the companies have been active in the field of digital marketing platforms, innovative market research software, big data analytics, and/or media advertising.
The CEO provides critical leadership, direction and operational management responsibility for the companies overall performance. He/she will operate next to and in close cooperation with the companies research and program Director. The CEO will report to the Shareholder Meeting of company.
Provide leadership to develop and achieve the ambitious growth objectives of our client. Develop and implement a strategic vision to achieve commercial success.
Manage relationships with major stakeholders.
Lead, inspire and provide direction to the management team and staff in executing the objectives within budget and cash-flow requirements.
Successfully manage the operations and prepare the company to raise external equity capital funding to accelerate the rollout of the the company.
Leadership experience gained in a commercial position of an international (preferably digital marketing research/activation based) company. A long term vision on digital marketing software platforms is a pre-requisite.
10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years of experience in leadership roles overseeing international staff and an operating budget.
Track record of attracting, motivating, developing and retaining a high performing and diverse team of professionals.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, people manager.
Unquestioned integrity and professional ethics. Highly professional, mature, honest, fair, transparent, trusting and personable individual with high energy level. Accessible and charismatic.
Proven experience in finance and information technology.
