As an Insights & Research Specialist, you are responsible for collecting and translating market and performance data into valuable insights. You support various product categories and work closely with different teams to drive growth and optimize communication.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research projects with strategic objectives.
- Analyzing data from various sources (e.g. market research, consumer behavior, online analytics) and making connections to gain valuable insights.
- Supporting brand and communication strategies through both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Translating internal questions and challenges into concrete research projects and presenting the results in a clear and convincing manner.
- Leading research initiatives: from briefing and selecting external partners to analyzing results and formulating recommendations.
- Actively contribute to improving brand performance and identifying new opportunities within the market.
What we are looking for:
- A completed higher professional or university education, preferably in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in analyzing data and converting insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly.
- Experience with market research methods and tools such as Nielsen, Circana, Numerator and Google Analytics is a plus.
- An analytical and strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
